Forced contract, automatic check writing on my account, must accept overdraft costs internet
When I canceled my home phone from ATT, I was forced to take a contract for 12 months to keep my DSL or absorb a 25% increase in cost even though I've been with ATT for multiple years for both phone and DSL. To top it off, they now have a notice on the back of the bill that says they are authorized ...
