In Nov. Of 2001 we cancelled AOL. We didn't use it since we have Road Runner it was free with a new Dell purchase for a year. They billed my credit card for the next 3 months. I called 2 more times and they said I didn't cancell. They only had to lood at my account and see that it was never used. ...
