Someone need to regulate this NOW! USBI is a consumer's worst nightmare! Ripoff
USBI should be sued for fraudulent claims! Back in December I received a charge on my bill stating that I had made calls to the UK, the charges $9.00. I called USBI and ask for a block on these types of charges (I don't have long distance!) The next month, the cost had risen to over $80 in charges! ...
