My husband needed a $10,000.00 loan. Mr. Charles ford called him and said he's approved for that sum but he needs 1200.00 first as a monetary collateral. My husband doesn't have that amount so mr. Ford said he'll decrease it ti 400.00 no less. I'm just afraid that this scam bag will do this more ...
