Ripoff taking up to 5 days to post payments and charging late fees which they do not refund EVER!
I have to agree with all the other complaints about Fifth Third Banks Customer Service and their unethical Business practices. I have an Auto Lease with this Bank and they admit to take up to 5 days to post payments to accounts. When late charges are incurred, which in my case is $35.00, they never ...
