This escrow company has never transfered a mobile home I purchsed into my name!
In approximately April I entered into a cash purchase of a mobile home. The deal closed in June. All the funds were paid to the seller, I moved into the place but Monrovia Escrows never tranfered the title into my name. They do not even respond to me any more. ...
