I have been told by Ken Hilliard of Heritage (614-358-1500 ex 4134) and others that their assetts were frozen by the State of South Carolina. Apparently another lie by Heritage to avoid payments to those of us who have them coming. According to the S.C. Dpt. Of Insurance, no money has been frozen. ...
