I had a bad experience while traveling thru the Pittsburgh station on June 2nd. Normally I travel for business, and I have used the Pittsburgh station before when traveling Greyhound from Cleveland to Pittsburgh in order to meet an Amtrak or Megabus connection that leaves in the morning.
