Tech support was in my home 4.5 hrs. Still holding hughes box on my shoulder to keep from freezing up when I log on to the internet, tech told me it was my computer. New lap top has same problems. Bardstown nationwide

I was held up 4.5 hrs on the day of installation. And then did the tech tell me it was my computer that would not allow full internet service after I told him no I would not pay extra to have him run it through my atteck or under my crawl space.
