My order was processed 1/25/09 never received product. Called, no one answers sent 63 emails no answer
I placed an order on 1/25/09 which was processed that day and have never received the product. Called the phone number provided (which was never answered by a person) also sent about 75 emails to several addresses and received no reply. Just want my money refunded. ...
