They refuse to accept my cancellation of my account, and continue to send me shippment of tea, i have called them, sent them emails (2) and they still are sending me tea and charging my account

This company continues to charge my credit card... I didnt order anything more form them and they keep charging me. When i called them they tried to play stupid... But agreed to refund my money with in 7 days... But i havent gotten it yet
