Raised my APR from 9.9% to 17.99% made payments on time and three times more than minimum amount due. Do not do business with this bank!
I have not CSR yet, nor do I intend to keep this account open. Another report filed has indicated the WaMu CSR's aren't to keen on keeping their customers who continue to make payments on time and more than the minimum amount due.
