These people are THIEVES! I accepted a free 90 trial membership which I could cancel at anytime during those 90 days. However, I NEVER recieved the "introductory" packet and then all of a sudden I started getting monthly $12.99 charges to my credit card. I contacted them (by phone) and ...

Just like the guy that reported four (4) years of unauthorized billing... I finally noticed after five (5) months that I was being erroneously billed $12.99 per month for a service I cancelled in August. I thought, yeah, ...

Budget Rent-A-Car directed me to Traveler's Advantage after booking a rental car. After being connected, I was told of the discounts I would get from my rental: a "free" $40 use of American Express Card, one free tank of gas on my trip, and discounts on travel. I might have received a ...

In April I was making reservations online for a hotel for myself and my daughter. During the transaction, the following 'conversation' transpired: Jessica says: Hi SUSAN, I'm Jessica and just for visiting Ramada today, we'd like to give you the opportunity to get $20 off your Ramada reservation. ...
