I'd boarded the airplane and we lay waiting at 07.55am to remove. At 8.15 we were informed from the flight deck that people were awaiting one traveler which we ought to be removing in “ just a couple minutes”. This traveler had been 20 minutes late and certainly must have been refused entry. At ...
