Florence Ky Went in to buy a new Camaro. Was offered $3000 trade in on my clean 02 Escalade with 148,000 miles. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Lost my truck, for 3 hours, Did not notify of cost of repairs, Management stated (since not spent money here before don't care about customer)$

I really have 3 complaints which happened on 2 different visits, #1 dropped vehicle off on Sat morning to have some service performed, filled out contact info and gave the keys to the tech in the shop.
