I received a letter form S.E.F. Publishers stating that I owed a fee from a cancelation. I did not recognize the company, but read on that I owed the fee of $138.00 for a cancelation fee and that if I did not pay by 12/28/07 they were going to charge me additional court cost plus additional fees.
