Still under warranty LCD TV, has to be shipped or taken in to store. I cannot do it physically at this time
Samsung will not pay to have a tech come to me. I have to pay the 89.00 fee. I would gladly take it in to the store. However, I broke my toe two days ago and I cannot handle the 32 inch tv.
