Sallie Mae / slmf / signature Loan
They lie about payment plans, forbearances and everything else, customer service stinks, I got transferred to 7 people to put my loan in forbearance and the last person hung up
When I first took the loan for Sallie Mae I was told I would have several options during repayment. They ceratinly lied about that, I have been trying to get a lump sum of what I owe and make a monthly payment on it.
