Paid in full but no receipt and credit report not cleared
I was contacted by RPM about a collection account that I was aware of. I paid them in full the first time they called me (2/5/08) and have yet to receive a receipt or have it cleared off my credit report. I have been denied loans and apartments due to this and I'm fed up. I've called over 20 times ...
