Petco
Petco, where the pets go... LITERALLY! Dead, GONE! Animals are just another point of sale to them!

I went to Petco in excitment and hope that they had the particular guinea pig I was looking for. Well to my luck or at least at the moment I thought it was to my luck, they had one that met my search criteria. She was young, multi-colored & had rosettes all over giving her a ...

Grooming Services are a big SCAM! RUDE, RIPOFF employees!

I took my dog to the PetCo grooming salon to be groomed. She was supposed to have a bath, her glands emptied, her toe nails done, and her teeth cleaned. I am disabled, and have difficulty standing and walking, let alone stooping over a dog in a tub, or I would bathe her myself. They did not groom ...

When I finally went in to pick her up, the last person there told me that about 4pm they discovered that they still had my dog and that her groomer was in the hospital. They did not call me that my groomer was not there—they kept her in the ...

Bird neglect

I'd gone back yesterday to buy the bird. I've made several visits to the store, to not only acquaint myself with the bird, to see if it would like me, but to keep an eye on how they treat their birds. The parrots' toys are NEVER changed. Employees do not spend time with the parrots (they always ...

Wrongful termination and bullying

Miscellaneous Erin176 0

I was bullied by Petco management, because I started working there and one of my peers had an automatic problem with me. I tried to talk to them about it and it only made it worse. They openly addmitted that they pushed and interrogated me in a meeting to see my reaction. I have worked years in ...

Petco Benefits changes every couple of months by the addition of fresh "fine-print". First you purchased 10 bags inside a year you receive one-free. Plus they count-down towards the evening. They transformed it to some discount that requires 6-8 months to get. They included financial ...
