I feel pretty dumb about this. I was told via email these were authentic coach bags. I recieved them July 22 and they clearly weren't coach bags but cheaply made copies. I bought one for a gift too I wouldn't give these away. I contacted them asap and now I'm not getting any response. I'm at a loss ...
