Oakwood Cove Mobile Home Park is quite possibly the worst place on Earth to live. Every year the lot rent continues to increase. Not sure why the keep increasing it as we have to pay extra for any amenities. Such as the swimming pool that didn't open for 2 years in a row. Now the pool is open (well ...
