Nokia N-gage QD
Ripoff they want to charge me 125.00 to repair a phone that they claim is water damage It was sent in to have a button fixed it seems they always claim water damage when the product is still under warranty
I sent my n-gage QD to your company to be replaced under the warrenty. I received an e-mail to call customer service. I called them and now they tell me that there is water damage. My phone has never been near water, nothing spilled on it, or nothing. I don't know how they can say there is water ...
