I am experiencing the same "cornrowing" problem with my Mohawk carpet. If it is NOT a manufacturing defect, and Stainmaster won't cover it, WHO WILL? When I talk to the salesman at Robert's all I get is another number to call and another person comes out and files yet ANOTHER REPORT! ...
