If you have an Xbox 360 and you or your kids play Xbox Live. Do not put a credit card on the account!!! If you do there is no way to delete the card other than calling the company and talking to 3-4 different customer service reps for 45 minutes... And then being told it takes 2-4 weeks to get it ...
