Customer Service was horrible. Not willing to help anyone out. Very deceiving in the advertisement and internet site. Received confirmation from customer service that my order would not be processed without talking to me first. Big lie!

Phone order / automated / tried to cancel at that time but had to give card number upon start of phone call / they sent anyways / e-mailed cancellation no reply no total until bill freebies were $100 shipping! Rippoff this was only a rubber ball in a box
