Otten creep posted a boat for sale on EBAY, I fell for his scam and paid him based on a couple of bogus EBAY pages he forwarded to me that looked like the real thing. I sent the funds to a bogus EBAY representative and now I see he has relisted the exact same ad and will scam someone else! But ...
