E-bay ripoff never received item
On June 4th I won an auction on e-Bay. Sent payment from my bank account, to Seller, using PayPal. The day after, e-Bay suspended sellers account, pending investigation. I have received the $230 Phone I purchased. E-Bay has no answer for me. Paypal has no resolve. Square Trade was no help. I have a ...
