This is an ongoing problem with KOBO. So far I've purchased 200 books from KOBO and up until about Aug-Sept. Had no problems. Now however I've got 10 books so far that I've paid for but, unfortunatly, other than the cover picture and table of contents there are no words. That's right, no kidding, ...
