My wife who has a severe TBI was visited by a KLMN, Inc. Rep named Stephen Williford ID #9397. I did not know she ordered magazines. I think she ordered 2 magazines @ 30 issues each but the order form is incomplete and not legible one magazine apears to be a crochet magazine @ 30 issues for $160.00 ...
