To whom it may concern: I am writing about the extremely dishonest and negligent behavior of Jiffy Lube Store #2630 at 3912 S Meridian in Puyallup, WA on Sunday October 9 that resulted in my husband and I being saddled with what is so far an estimate in 461 in car repairs, 211 in car rental and 90 ...

If you care about your car then don't take it to Jiffy Lube. I try not to use them but found myself needing an oil change a couple weeks ago and short on time, so I went there against my better judgment. While they were changing my oil I asked about my center break light which is in my spoiler. The ...

I was only in Phoenix AZ for a short visit and I needed an oil change. I have owned my Tacoma for ten years and this is the first time I was not the one changing the oil. I went to jiffy lube center #1807 at 2630 W thunderbird RD. They don’t carry the oil I use but they said I could bring my own ...
