My sister just had her taxes prepared by Jackson Hewitt in Weirton WV. She ended up receiving copies of some one elses taxes. She has the other parties Name, SS#, address, phone#, place of employment, checking acct numbers... She has no clue of what has happened to hers and is not getting straight ...
