Fraudulent ripoff business sent defective bark collars ignored money back guarantee when we wanted to return. We can not get a hold of them now
We ordered and received 2 bark collars. They worked for 3 days, then quit working. I contacted High Tech Pet by e-mail on how to return the collars, and they actually responded to this.
