I went direct to guide a resort From Toby Keiths Club and grill site. Had a Resort reserved but couldnt remain simply because they didnt take animals. Had no idea the web site reserved thru Travelocity or Priceline. Very misleading I believe. Site says no reimbursement but I've all of the evidence ...
