I asked for a 60$ plan, the CSR put it in for $40 buck plan. My internet turns off and they see a credit for $20 and adds it to make a 60 buck plan.internet turns off a day later. CSR says sorry, we cant switch it like that. You have the pay th whole $60 again so you can have that plan or wait it ...
