I have bad credit, and recently files for bankruptcy, and i get this visa credit card for up to 15,000.00 credit line in the mail, and it's meant to read as a credit card offer, so i reply with the rush delivery of $43.00, and i recieve this book saying this is what you buy with your 15,000.00 ...
