Ebay assures buyer protection in it's advertising to seduce buyers. A seller can skirt th the process by tactics that exhaust the 45 day dispute window period and then ebay can disallow any resolution. Seller "rabin70" did that to me. Sold a new watch that arrived defective; weeks later ...
