Custom Built is heartless AND have shoddy trainers
I joined Custom Built in Brentwood, CA in February. The first trainer assigned never returned my calls to set-up a first appointment. The second one assigned to me was cool, but he was only in it for the his 40% training fee. He didn't follow the program: What did you eat? Let's weigh you... Etc. ...
