Receipt of damaged product and company will not respond to e-mails also poor quality product
I ordered a magnifying light from crown lighting and when it was received, it was damaged. I followed up on the crownlighting.com web site and reported vai e-mail. Web site indicates I should get a response within 48 hours. I thas been a weel and three e-mails now and I haven't received a response. ...
