RIPOFF SCAM EXTORTION street parking ticket scam to raise money for Bankrupt city
I apparently got a parking ticket some months back. I never recall the ticket ($15.00) however I did get a notice 4 months later notifying me that my $15 dollar ticket is now $98 this encuring an $83 dollar fine! Ok this has to be a crime! Ok so I paid the ticket because I did not know what to do. ...
