I have had problems with the City of LaGrange Ga. Utilities forever! They came in several years ago and put in new meters. Untill then my bills were resonable. Now my electric fluctuates from $150.00 to $400.00 and my water/sewage fluctuates from $40.00 to $100.00. There is no difference in our ...
