I sent a money order for 277.97. They say they never received it. So I sent them the stub of my money order. The money order bank said it was cashed, but I have to send 12 dollars to find out exactly who. So I did, but Circuit City won't even check there own account to see if a money order for that ...

Circuit City recently changed their late fee to charge consumers 14.95 for payment online 3 days before due date. They gave no warning and had no customer service. I had to make a $5.00 minimum payment and was forced to pay this fee or I would have a nominal late charge. It is a complete scam ...
