Cingular
Charged Disconnection Fees After Faulty Phones and No Campus Reception

Shops, Products, Services Margit1 0

First I called Cingular to complain about poor reception and was informed that this was probably related to the equipment I was using. Cingular issued me 3 new devices for 3 lines that had a problem, the 4th line kept the original phone. All 3 devices turned up faulty within a 3 month period. I ...

Poor Service and Refused Release From Contract Despite Three BBB Complaints

Electronics and household app. Anonymous 59030 0

We first purchased our plan when Cingular was offering a military discount. When we filled out the paper work my wife completed the forms, thus the bill for the account was first in her name. This created many problems when I tried to collect on the military discount. I asked for my service to be ...

We purchased one main phone and a family add-a-phone that should have been 9.95/mth. The bills came in as two main line at $60 per phone plus ALL associated taxes. We are now two months past since this first started and Cingular still cannot fix the billing. Then, though you would think we had ...

Telecommunications Steve Martin 0

My phone got broken and I even have insurance and I have been paying them for a year. I was told that because I have changed a phone that has a manufacturing defect, I was told that they can't do any thing about it. I am just waiting until my contract ends. It is the worst company to deal with. ...

Promised 11 Percent Employer Discount Shows Only $1.65 on Bill

Shops, Products, Services Kay114 0

Cingular will not resolve my billing problems. According to numerous associates at Cingular, I am able to receive an 11% discount due to my employer. The discount was taken off my bill the first 2-3 months, then it disappeared. My bill shows a discount of $1.65, hardly the 11% I should be ...
