I ordered 189.68 worth of cigarettes from CD2U.com on the 12/05 on 12/08 I received e-mail that my order had shipped when my order did not show up as usual I called Postal Service and learned they had never been sent. Company seems to have run off with all the cash and not honoring their responsibilities. Site is down — Nolt just one but all of them.. Not answering phones and voicemail is full... Not responding to emails.. ...
