I agree with Cheryl of Sylvan Springs, Alabama; I also had a card with Spiegel (sp), after the FCNB; which was the original card processor went bankrupt I guess Card Processing Center took over the accounts, anyway, like Cheryl said, you can't get a live person on the phone and when someone calls ...
