Beginning of August requested free sample of Suvaril ($4.95 s/h). Received sample and immediately cancelled the membership. September 18th contacted by credit card company that an amount of $70 was charged by Berkeley Premium. Due to Berkeley not opened on weekends, I contacted them on 20 September ...
