On September 11, I purhcased a 2002 Dogde Stratus (ID #133E136XX21193347), that illegededly passed Maryland State Inspection. I hav just been advised by a Certified Mechanic for the State of Maryland that his vehicle is "unsafe to drive". It needs to have the ball joints, interior and ...
