On 12/13 i called gateway for tech support with a password problem, nx thing i am talked into purchasing a 3 yr plan. After salesman advised me that no obligation if not completly happy. I call 877-526-4466 s/w man in india. He hung up om me after realizing he was incapable... I call back wait ...
