I ordered a product from them close to Xmas, so I knew it might be delayed. I paid for 3-5 days and expected extra with the holidays. It did not arrive. I called them and they said that the 3-5 days I paid for was a mistake it was really 4-6 days (???) and the product would arrive wednesday or ...
