Took money out my account today even though i never got a loan and they promised me nothing would be taken out unless i got a loan. Can anyone tell me how i can get this money back back? ...

I was lucky then, i approached this company for a car loan, they said the funds could be in my account within 3-5 working days, but i would have to pay 79 pounds admin fees, i refused and asked them to take the 79 pounds when the funds had gone into my aaccount. Heard nothing from them since??? ...
